You may return merchandise only in accordance with our Return Policy, which is incorporated herein by this reference. Returns must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received and exchanges within 30 days after the product has been received. An RA # must be obtained by calling the office of Fuller's Jewelry prior to shipping back any item. Items returned without an RA # will not be accepted. Merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. On International orders, refunds will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments, if any, unless the item was not as described or pictured on the site. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item(s) received are different then what was originally ordered. Your refund will be issued in form of a company check once we have received and processed the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item.
